what you feel about your neighbor

If you are living in a house with 3 portions where 3 families are living separately and one person doing all the jobs like paying electricity bill and so on. The other two are not giving the money in the right time. How do you feel about the neighbor activity. How to tackle these kinds of people. We want to spend money and do all those things they will simply sit and watch. They give the money after 1 week or more. Why they are not thinking about other person also have family. How he will manage if we make dealy in giving the money. What kind of person they are
How do you feel about this kind of neighbors.

We own our house and lot, so I do not know how to handle such neighbors. But beside our residence, they have apartments for rent. Their electricity and water bills are separated by apartment and so division of payments are not a problem.

That's good. If it is spearated nothing problem. If combined then only these kinds of situation we should face.

Fortunately,I do not have such neighbors cause I just live by myself and I just need to pay my bill separately.
As for your situation,I think may be you can let your neighbor to pay the bill then you pay your money a week later,just do the same thing to them,then they will understand your concern and will pay their money soon.I think since you guys live in a same house and share the bills,and everybody should have the responsibility,and you should not carry all the stuff upon your shoulder.

I tried it. But they are telling that they will never go and pay the money. We want to do all tasks and also they will give money later. If we ask about this the relationship is spoiling. What to do about these peoples.
