Rediscovering American/English Artists...Any Recommendations?

Okay so I basically left the american/english music scene a couple years and moved completely to Asian music. So with that being said, I want to rediscover the artists of where I live and hopefully enjoy listening to them again. ANY recommendations are welcome and I mainly listen to pop so hopefully that's helpful! I adore Marina & The Diamonds, Natalia Kills, Lady Gaga, Gwen Stefani and more...thanks guys! :)
