How to Complete Task on mylot ??

hello every1 can u tell me how to complete here a task on mylot....i completed 2 task here but 1 of my task has been rejected...y what is the reason behind that ?? or can we get money when our task has been completed ???

All the tasks completed will be reviewed by the task creators. It takes some days. After that, your account will be credited. If some task is rejected, then it means that the task creator is not satisfied your completion.

Still I not completed any task from mylot because mylot task paid very less money. Only 1 cent 5 cent this is not good. Task is big and money is less.
