If you want to work online under a foreign company directly, what do you need to do?

there are many legitimate sites where you can find part time to full time job, It took me months applying and other tests are too damn pain in the head :) Until this week, a foreigner contacted me saying if I am still available to be his Loan Processor, we are having training now which is really so hard to understand (rules/reg of banks in Utah). You can start building a good resume online, provide references from work (some employers will call them). And during the interview make sure you have that confidence and you can prove all the info you gave on your cv. But always provide information with caution especially online because someone may use your info. :)

I really dont know the process, many companies wont hire internationally because of the laws. So I know at least Canada and the US wont hire anyone that isnt legally allowed to work within Canada or the US.
