My car was involved in an accident badly. It was the fault of a 11 tonnes truck which hit my back when my was stopped and in queue during a traffic congestion. Now, my car has been fixed and the cost is around $2500 USD. The workshop will help me to claim the insurance company of the truck. A day ago, I received a letter from the insurance company of the truck informing that they are not paying me because the insured or the truck owner did not inform them about this accident. I was advised to sue the owner of the truck to recover my lost. I personally feel unfair to the victim of the vehicle accident as me and they are just liked cheaters.

The truck which hit my car is registered under a company name and if this company wind up later, no one will responsible to this accident. In fact, the insurance company is a cheater and they should not set such term saying the insured must inform them about the accident he involved within certain period.
