Summer is coming and very hot. Everytime i come home from outside,i usually drink water to relieve thirsty, but it doesn't work well. What do you think is the best food to deal with it?

I think watermelon is really good way, especially the cold watermelon. And sometimes the hot water can work well. Maybe you don't belive it, but you can try.

You advice sounds interesting. I'll try and maybe it does work. I think your thought is strange but possibily useful.

I agree with catherine086 watermelon is a great thirst quencher. I found this out quite by accident. I was somewhat dehydrated one morning after a night out and nothing would quench my thirst. I happened to have some watermelon so I had some of it, thirst gone. It really works.

for me the best thing to relieve the thirsty feeling this summer is to swim in the pool or lakes with falls, but in drinking of course i want a cold soft drinks and the Slurpee, sometimes i want to eat halo-halo that have many recipes and milk too.

For me, water or any other kind of cool and cold drinks (lemonade, juice) work the best and ice-cream :).
