When I was a kid, my brother influenced me to watch wrestling. Every saturday, the show WWE was on.We watch it and sometimes we mimic those cool wrestling moves in a very amature way. Actually it was so fun :) I miss those times. DO you think it is weird for a girl to watch such boy-ish shows? What do you think? Share your thoughts below. Happy mylotting.

It is not crazy at all for a female to watch wrestling. I've watched wrestling ever since I was a teen. I also trained to be a wrestler, became a wrestler, dated wrestlers, will marry a wrestler and own a successful wrestling company. Plus, there is always the fact that most wrestlers take care of their body and looks and run around in skin tight outfits. I'm surprised more females don't watch it. lol

No I don't. I'm a girl and I love watching WWE. I remember seeing The Rock and Hulk Hogan in the ring when I was little.

I don't think it's weird for a girl to watch wrestling. Me and my sister grew up watching the wwe too. I don't think it's just for boys. It is pretty entertaining. I think there are parts of it geared for boys, but what girl wouldnt like watching john cena work it in the ring? lol

I do find John Cena's character so stale in WWE at the moment, and I think alot of people do hence his mixed reaction everyweek, and his actual wrestling ability itself is questionable. Felt the need to get that off my chest :)

Ha ha! I don't think it is weird for a girl to watch wrestling because I was addicted to watching it myself! I remember starting to take an interest in WWE since I was in the fourth standard. I would be glued to the TV screen when this show was on. As in your case, my brother influenced me to watch it. I remember how my parents would react! They would get angry and mutter that I was watching such kind of shows that would have a negative impact on me. Of course, I turned a deaf ear then. I was actually under the delusion that everything that showed was for real. But then as I grew older I realized that most of the matches were pre decided.I still find wrestling worth entertainment but do not watch it with the same kind of devotion that I had as a youngster.

Same here. He had most of the control then on what shows we watched and still does now. Nothing wrong with a girl watching wrestling. My grandparents and mom watched/watch it too. I can't stand it anymore.

I don't watch wrestling it's too violent for me, and I don;t want my child to watch it too. But I don't think it is weird because everyone can watch it but with permission and guidance because the violence it inflicts can affect how the person acts...

Hi you won't beleive me but the same situation is with me. Even I was influnced by my bros especially by my lil bro to watch wrestling and slowly I was interested in wrestling and started enjoying and all of sudden it became one of my favourite sport to watch. Like you we also used to mimic wrestlers moves as well as their dialogues, we also started calling eachother by wrestler's names.we three used to wait anxiously whole weekend to watch wrestle mania, the judgement matches apart from other daily matches. Really it was a great fun. I miss those days and therfore, I don't think it is weired for a girl to watch wrestling, it all depends on our liking and interest. So be cool and continue watching your favourite wrestling. Have a nice day !

No I don't think it is weird. In fact I use to watch the shows with my father. He always took me to the local wrestling shows. We had a blast. In fact I got such a great time at the wrestling shows that I have actually trained to be a pro wrestler. And I got so comfortable being around them I have been inthe ring a few times as well. I always like to be in the ring. It is so much fun.
