Today is Krishnastami --Gokulastami. The festival is celebrated marking the birth of Lord Krishna. Youtube is doing a service to people for such occasions. For this festival I made a search just "Kannan songs" and it got me this link: http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=kannan+songs&oq=kannan&gs_l=youtube.1.4.35i39j0l9.1871.2633.0.6830.6.6.0.0.0.0.112.588.4j2.6.0...0.0...1ac.AZ19uk6fCzo all the songs are make excellently and they fit for celebrations. It is there in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada languages. It must be there in Hindi language also. Is youtube found useful for your festivals also? --I know there must be thousands of songs for christmas, ramzan ..

In fact Youtube is my most liking site as they do a lot to people. I like a lots of selective songs which I never though I will get any more. Based on my requirement I prepared a list and serached for all those songs and I got 10 times more better selection and choices and I downloaded all and kept as my special asset and still looking for more and adding. It is really a wonderful service what Youtube is providing.

thanks: Yes. what you say is fully true. it is ideal to download the songs and retain in our laptop or computer so that we can see them whenever we need and we need not depend on internet connections. also for festivals youtube has a lot of songs built in it.

I love checking out Christmas music on youtube when our holiday season rolls around. It's so great that so many celebratory songs can be uploaded and seen by all. No matter what the cause for celebration! Festivals are an occasion for music, and I am glad you found music perfect for yours.

yes. this marks the celebration of birth of Krishna -- different people sing in different ways. All said and done children always smile and they do not differentiate between liked things and disliked things. they treat people alike . In fact we have a saying in tamil which says God resides in babies. do you like this song? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pOFRis0UM58&feature=related I am sure you may not follow the language but the tune is what that matters.
