Hot water or cold water?

Hello, A lot of people want to burn belly fat. Ignoring all the things about working out and diet. There have been articles written that drinking cold water can make you burn belly fat because, your stomach has to warm up the water in order for it to be digested. (something like that). I don't know if that is true. But then others say warm water is better. I know a lot of people who also drink hot water before they sleep. So... cold water or hot water?

Cold water as I have heard when drank constantly but not frequently just because it burns fat, can be beneficial to your health as it cleans your kidneys and liver and at the same time fills your stomach so that you won't feel hungry and it helps in diet too. Warm water is good especially for regions with cold climate but you can still drink cold water if you like and maybe it will increase the fat burning process.
