JUST eating and eating! :)

I love eating! I love to eat foods especially when I am bored but you know what? My weight doesn't increase! haha :D It's maybe my metabolism is too fast. I'm only a teen and I am 5'8" in height maybe instead having an increase in my weight, it goes into my height. haha. :D That's why I love it because though I'm eating too much still, I do not gain weight! but of course I'm not an abnormal. I'm still normal in body health. haha :D Is there anyone here also experience what I experience? :) What can you say about it?

you are lucky to have body like that. If I eat too much, there I go becoming fatter by the day. I have a friend like you, she is tall and keeps eating something or other but is fit and slim. I wish I was like that. you are blessed.

Hi Riyauro, I am tall and my friends do think that about me and I always tell them that it wasn't the case for me that I don't gain weight at all. I do gain weight when I eat a lot that's why I am self conscious now and would only eat moderately. I also don't want to be overly full because I tend to feel ill and might vomit if I will eat a lot. And like you, I envy those kind of people. Wish I am like them, too. Happy mylotting.

I also have difficulty in gaining weight. My colleagues usually tell me that I am underweight. I don't gain weight because I usually skip breakfast and that is bad. I often wake up around 11:30 in the morning so that's already lunch time. I wantto gain weight but it's quite hard for me unlike others they easily get fat. That's one of my problems these past few years. Happy myLotting!

i relate much on this topic, i'm also having hard time to gain weight even though i ate a lot often times. i still fail to meet my expectations.It decreases my confidence especially when i meet healthy people.I also encounter bad jokes in connection to my height and weight. Taking vitamins , eating vegetables, sleeping at the right time and requiring guidance from a nutritionist are few of my friends advises. i think you guys should also try these few suggestions to gain weight.

Hi yoyetpogi, i love eating too but i have to control myself because i will gain weight if i eat too much. It's good that your metabolism rate is fast cause you can eat alot but still remain slim. So envious of you! ALthoght you won't get fat due to eating, you should try to eat healthly!

Yeah. I feel the same as you. I like eating too and i keep thin. That's reallly wanderful. I can eat whatever i want to and don't need to repress myself. Actually i even want to be fatter. Because i'm too thin, almost skinny and it's not a good thing.

Hi YoyetPogi! Well, I'm the one who easily gained weight. Whenever I have a dinner, I would gain about 1 kg. That's why I am so strickly plan the dinner. :D But I have a friend, she is a model and she has a very ideal body that every girls want so bad. But the thing that surprised me is she eats 4 times a day ( she said it is an usual thing in her family) . And I ever went to restaurant with her a couple times, she always order the menu twice. And , she still has the ideal body. It drives me crazy. lol .. I wish I could be like her and you , so I won't be worry about having my dinner anymore ;)

How you can have that?! oh i'm so jealous with you. I have bad metabolism. Whatever i eat so much or eat so little, i still be fat , LOL But i love playing basket so i can burn my fat, little by little. oh i'm so jealous with you. you should become food taster, you can eat as much as you want and still slim. Good job friend :)

I would advise you to find something to do when you're bored besides eat. Eating from boredom is a very hard habit to break. While you're a teen you may not gain weight because you're active and your metabolism is very high, but the older you get the more your metabolism may slow. Then you have the habit of eating anything you want whenever you want and you will begin to gain weight, and gain weight and gain weight. When you get older its hard to break habits you formed when you were young,so try to form good habits that you can keep for a lifetime. I know you won't heed this because many many years ago I was an eat all you want of whatever you want teenager myself. Now I have to watch what I eat not only to keep from gaining weight, but for general good health.

too much of eating is not good and it can lead to more weight problems on the later stage.so i suggest you to monitor and maintain the body balance regularly

Well I like to eat too and eating could be my fave hobby of all lol. I do have fast metabolism too maybe because I am rally so hyperactive all the time that maybe tend to make feel hungry all the time and so fast.

Lucky you.. And I envy you for that because even though I've eaten a little still I can feel that I am gaining weight already. I even did something just to help me out of it. I've gained so much kilos lately and I really hate it...good thing now that I am back to my usual weight and I tend to get conscious as I eat a lot. I do love to it most especially if I am at my house. I tend to eat like anything that is available..and that's the reason why I don't want to stay at home. But I am having this self control now. Anyways, maybe you are engaging yourself with sports or exercise that's why you have a fast metabolism. And in my case, I don't have that much activities.....only at work. Anyways, happy mylotting...

You're lucky to have a good metabolism, other's are desperate how to loose weight even they're not eating that much. I know some people like you that no matter how much they consume food, they still remain slim and not gaining too much weight. Hope to have a body metabolism like you have, i hate having exercise every single day! hahaha!

I know a person just like you. She always has snacks in her bag. Every time I see her, she's eating. And she likes bouilli, candies. Though these things can easily make people gain weight, she is always thin, just below 50 kilograms. It's really strange.

I'm very thin. I don't think I've ever gained a pound except during both of my pregnancies. After that, I lost all my pregnancy weight, and went back down to my normal slim frame. While I'm not particularly tall, I'm also not short either. I have heard that it may not be your metabolism, that it could be a thyroid issue as well. I am planning on having mine tested just for the fact that I cannot gain any weight whatsoever, and I'm just not at a healthy weight and can't get to a healthy weight no matter how hard I try.

When i was younger i had a difficult time in gaining weight and it seemed i was always so small and now i graduated highschool about 8 years ago and since then i have gained about 5 pounds and a one to really eat but not drink alocholic beverages but i do love my food as well. I look at alot of my friends and have seen them all gain somuch weight since highschool and its crazy. I am bored alot but i do work a full time job and stay pretty busy with that and then im usually busy when i get home doing stuff around houses and what not. I try to stay active and do alot of things over the weekends.

It's because you are young and yes fast metabolism is a factor too. I was so much like that when I was younger. Even now that i'm in my 30s i still do eat a lot and and the heaviest i was into was just 55kg at 5'4" that's an ideal weight. It was because I'm a very active person and yes my metabolism is faster than other people. though I don't really exercise, I try to go swimming as often as i can which is once every few months, I ride a longboard when it's not raining or whenever I can. I walk a lot when shopping and try to take the stairs.

I exactly experiencing this too, I am 5'11 in height and only 53kg in weight I'm so worried because I think I am underweight although I eat a lot of rice. I already made a topic to be discuss and there are few suggestion there on how can I gain weight but a lot of procedure to be follow. :(

I was exactly like you as a teen. Eating anything I wanted and people would be so jealous because I would never gain weight lol but I did. Not a lot, I am still very thin but I can't eat anything I want anymore because I WILL gain weight now, I am 28. I exercise now and all that good stuff to stay thin. I have never been big so I guess we are both blessed haha but you shouldn't rely on the fact that you don't get fat. You should eat right and not over do it because you don't know how your body will react as you age.

yes I also have experience like you might be too tired and perhaps most minds that make weight is not increased.
