What do you do to treat hair fall problem?

I have a hair fall problem and it is really annoying that you will find your hair on the floor while sweeping or on your pillow. Maybe it is because of the shampoo that I am using that is from another country. People tell that we should use shampoo that is made in our own country because they based it on our type of hair and the weather.My aunt told me to use aloe vera to solve my hair fall problem but still it does not solve it. Can you suggest any solution to my problem?
