Team member Vs Team Lead - An Universal wrestling!

Hi all!
Hope the title will say what I'm going to speak! Yes, It is all bout the fight, misunderstanding that is happening between a team member and a team lead. Some time it even happen like a wrestling match where the other associate seem to be audience and just watch what happens. Many think that they will get into problem when they interfere into talks. As I have already told, they will get into problem as it is a Universal wrestling!
Do you have a professional environment where you have face such kind of word wrestling or at least you have been an audience with the wrestlers (Team member Vs Team Lead)?

Certainly not if you mean the physical struggle.
The team leaders master the table, team members master the field.
Team leadership profit-oriented, team member job-oriented.
For the audience, the important thing is a bit of work and big of salaries.
