Since I can't afford to buy meal replacement shakes, I've been strictly watching my carb intake for the weight loss challenge I entered. I have four months to do this right or everything will be just a complete waste. I needed the money anyway, and it's high time to lose excess pounds.

Hi friend, don't worry you will lose your excess weight soon. Do proper exercise and take good diet. Don't spend a lot for weight losing activities, we can simply reduce our weight by exercise and doing all our work by our self.

In my earlier years, I'm one of the many people who take health for granted. Eating almost anything, staying late at night, drinking and smoking. I really don't mind my heath during those times. But now that I already had a family of my own which I tend to provide as long as I live, that mind set was already gone. I am now a bit careful of what food to eat. Rice for instance is one of the high calorie food is a stable food for us. Before I could eat up to 5 cups per meal, but now I was contended with a cup per meal. I had realized now that if I will be stricken with illness in my prime year, who will take care of my family? Surely, being a family man had change the way I look at life right now and hoping that my mistakes in my earlier years will not hunt me when it comes to my health.
