Does anyone here that works as an Online English teacher? I've been working as an Online English teacher for three years now, and in my years of teaching, I've handled many students (e.g. Koreans, Japanese, and Chinese) I've also handled VIP students from Samsung and Hyundai, etc etc..and teaching English already became one of my Passions. How about you guys?

Yes, we have a co-member here who teaches English online. He even enticed me to join also, but I realized I don;t have time for that anymore since I have my full time job. I suppose teaching online is more prolific than having a full time real job?

@mackoy85 What do you mean by IMO ? SOrry , I am not that techie when it comes to those. ha ha ha Indeed, nothing beats working in the corporate world, where you get to work and socialize with officemates. It's my kind and jovial officemates that makes me excited to go to work as always.

Yes. I'd say so. No traffic. no shift to deal with. You're the MASTER and the Boss. I like Freelancing, had done it for 2 years. But gave up because for me, IMO, there was no challenge being stuck at home. No one to practice English with...So I decided to go back in the corporate world.

@SIMPLYD it means "in my opinion" . ;) exactly! That's the reason why I didn't think twice of going back to the corporate world. Sometimes, it's not the company and salary that makes you stay. It's our friends/workmates

@mackoy85 If you are thinking to make good money here, forget it. myLot is a social media that pays you cents for interaction. It takes one to make 5 cents from interacting with your fellow myLoters for hours.

nope. you don't have to be a teacher. In my case, my course is not related to my profession. Wayback 2010, I just tried applying after I graduated from college. Do you have plans of becoming an online English teacher? Actually, it's a great job!
