Am I the only one having problem with how youngs kids are dressed nowadays, especially girls? I have a day off from my full time job today so I've decided to take it easy... I went to Starbucks & sat down outside with a cup of coffee & my iPad working on mylot a little... Then I saw this group of girls walking into Starbucks & they couldn't be more than high school aged girls...I understand weather is on a warm side but one of them is hardly wearing anything... She had on this short, & that's an understatement, skirt & small tank top... The other one had on very tight short pants with nothing but bra on top... If I caught my daughter dressed like that, she would've been grounded for life... Who are the parents that let there kids out dressed like that? I don't know, am I being that old? I'm only 41 & I don't ever remember any girls dressed like that when I went to high school...

Oh my God, A bra and outside in public. Is she gone insane. I am 26 and I don't that it is approved by the society. It is going to have a very bad impact on the society if this is not stopped. How can one show of their body like that. It is simply inviting boys. And if somebody takes advantage and then the boys will only be blamed. She must be out of her head and surely there is lack of parental care in that chic. thanks for sharing and goo day to you.

Sadly I have seen a lot of young girls with little to nothing on and I have wondered what the heck is wrong with their parents. I mean just the other day I went to the store and three girls who couldn't have been more than middle school age came in wearing bikini tops and underwear. Well, no the underwear was supposedly shorts, but I am 24 years old and wouldn't wear shorts that short. I have no issues with shorts but at least when I wear them, there is fabric there. One of the girls had a thong (I am assuming based on the straps around her midsection rather than in her pants where her underwear should have been) that was poking out of these already overly tiny shorts and it was disgusting. I agree if I had a daughter (i have sons) and one of them went out dressed like that, my child would not have been leaving the house until she put some clothes on! Not to mention being grounded. It is terrible that people just accept this as a normal way of dressing. These young girls look like street workers. I just want to tell them to have some class.

The kids now or teenagers to be specific are different from our time. But I don't find it appropriate for them to wear sexy clothes. I have a teenage daughter and I am glad for she knows how to dress properly on different occasions. Furthermore, she never asked me to buy skimpy clothes. I think parents especially moms should guide their teenage daughters how to dress properly. Proper guidance are much needed to teenagers so as not to encourage other people to misunderstood their way of dressing. It is important to let this kids know that they can gain respect if they wear proper and appropriate clothes for different places.
