advice on stratford institute

I was changing the tablecloth yesterday as I bought a new one to "brighten" up the kitchen. Well I was cleaning up the table first and came across this card that said "stratford institute" I went online and was looking. There are a few classes I would not mind taking. I'd have to do the payment plan though as I couldn't afford the bulk amount in full nor would I want to do it that way. I posted it to my facebook wall. In any case, it doesn't look like it's NOT legit but it also looks kind of odd. I trust the place, and think it'd be a great way to learn a few trades for the future. Here is one of them : http://www.scitraining.com/Spanish_As_A_Second_Language They would give you a career certificate which I think is semi "jank" so to speak but wasn't sure on that. Would you trust this place as a place to learn career trades?
