There Are Some Beings that, for what ever reason, cannot or will not express love to others. These individuals who reject the love that is being offered to them, reject it not because they don't love the person offering the love, but more accurately, they don'y love themselves. hmmmm

Sometimes, there are situations in the past that make them act like this one. Sometimes, something really bad that hurt them happened making them afraid to love again. On the other hand, others are not yet ready for the commiting themselves in a realtionship.

Yah you're right asdomencil. I had a friend who had exactly the same experienced as what you're talking about. He was so in-love before but it came out that the girl just lied to him for almost a year. And you know what makes it more difficult? The girl had a baby and she's married and all of that thing she kept it until my friend got a way to knew why his ex-girlfriend had so many excuses whenever he asked her for a date. :(

people don't reject love because they don't love themselves. could be one of the reason. but they may be also scared that someone may hurt their feeling, may be because of some past bad experience.
or may be they don;t trust the person who offered them love, for what so reasons.
Some people are shy to accept this feeling. or don't understand love properly.
some people don's believe in love, may be they or they their loved ones have be betrayed in love, n also they are feared the same might happen to them.
you should tell them, love is a wonderful feeling. should make them trust, believe in love.
