household pest bite

it is very scary that one of our neighbor suffer from a bite coming from a rat. she asked me what is the first-aid? i said to him i do not know exactly the first-aid. but i think she must clean the affected area with soap and water, applied some antiseptic to removed germs and go to the nearest hospital to be treated by a medical professional. because we all know that house pests is full of germs and viruses because they lived in a dark and cooled area. i said to my neighbor that she must clean her surrounding to eliminate this pests brat and never to disturbed her again.
