watermelon wine recipes

My boyfriend and I have a huge garden where we grow a few rows of watermelon. We end up with so many watermelons at the end of the summer and no way to eat them all. Does anyone have any good homemade watermelon wine recipes they would like to share.

I love watermelon and making salads with it.
