What should I do?

I can't understand my boss's behavior. It annoyed me. I suggested him not to do that,otherwise we will lost bigger order and the customer forever. but he is unmoved. Whether I should tell the truth to customer or not? It's difficult for me to decide it.

my customer want to purchase products from us.So they want to see the samples. But my boss said "samples(5 pieces), no problem, but have to pay the sample fee". I replied to my customer, he agreed to pay the money. However, when I prepared to send the samples, there were only 3 pieces not 5. And the samples are not as good as the customer's requirement.I suggested my boss to make the samples again, they are unqualified. But my boss refused.
Personaly speaking, I want to tell the truth to my customer, I don't want to cheat him. After all, honesty is the most important. Even if the business is not succeed, but we can become friends.
So, what should I do? my customer has paid the money, the smaples will be sent to my customer.

hi,
i think you can only decide what should you do,and if you see that your decision is more good rather that to your boss then i think you should follow yours,and try to let your boss know that,i still never meet that kind of boss in my whole and i don't like to meet a boss like that.
