i think you can try to search it from internet, just simply type Liberty reserve to paypal exchanger or those keyword that is related to what you are looking for, i think there will be a lot exchanger. but be aware, i can't guarantee all the exchanger is honest, so you must do review first before you exchange with them. the second method is that, exchange with your friend who need LR, i think this will be better =)

What I do know is find somebody you can trade with. There are actually people who do that. What you do is trade your liberty reserve funds ( those funds are in demand. they use it to fund hyips that don't accept paypal) with somebody else's paypal funds. Or you sell your liberty funds. It is much easier and you get the money instantly. What you do is find a buyer, transfer the funds to his liberty reserve after you verified that he deposited the amount you asked equivalent to your liberty fund amount to your bank account.
