I'm trying to find the best cell phone plan in Ontario, Canada. Suggestions?

I don't use the internet too much on my mobile so I'm not too concerned with data, but I would like a lot of minutes or an unlimited voice plan. I'll also need unlimited text and voicemail, and it needs to include Canada-Wide long distance. I'm with Koodo right now and they're driving me crazy! My last bill was $118 and I have a flip phone with no data, the charges were only from calls. I also find that Koodo cuts out on me during long distance calls and I can't get reception where other people on other plans could.
