Which one is best? I have heard a lot about Atkins, but then there are those who are die hard weight watchers. Which do you think has the best sticktoitness.

I have heard about Atkins but don't know if it really works. Have heard that it does on some but not all.

My biggest downfall is bread though. My understanding is no bread on Atkins.

I you like meat and salads and sugar isn;t going to be hard to give up, Atkins is amazing.
