Hi! Were planning to have an activity this coming september 2012. There are lots of preparation we need to consider like decorations, sound system, the place. I will be thankful if you can suggest or advice plans so that we will have a successful activity..Thanks..

You did not mention what type of activity you are celebrating.It is very hard to make
a suggestion because the celebration was not mentioned?So,what is the celebration,a birthday,forum,class program,a dance contest,a singing contest,a variety show?Come on!!!!!!!

You can make your variety show a success by having some different kinds of contest like singing and dancing,then after that you can have some game contest.After singing
contest,have a game contest,then the dance contest and the game contest.It could make your show lively and many would be viewing it.I hope for your success.
