what to do?

The NLE result for the June/July 2012 board exam is out.
A lot of new registered nurses are celebrating at this very moment, while some are in sadness for those who didn't made it.
I've got friends who took the said board exam, and I am very happy for those who passed. But aside from being happy, I also feel sad since I do have friends also who didn't made it. And what is so sad about it is that, they are my close friends.
Right now, I still don't know what to do. I wanted to send message to them to comfort them, but I am afraid if they will be comforted or it will only add up to their sadness.

Hi jizfir, you such a good friend because your very concern with them. I remembered when I passed the NLE last 2007 I am very happy because after all those sleepless night and non stop reviewing i passed the board exam. Although I am very happy during that time one of my cousin did not passed the exam, at first I did not call or text her for 2 days I just gave her a time to think and accept the situation. But after 2 days I went to her house and hugged so tight because i know that she needed it and i know also she work hard and tried her best too to passed the exam. I think you should should call or text them just to let them know that you always available when they needed you, also try to understand their situation because they suffering from emotional distress right now and need to be comfort.
