Have you ever taken an online writing class?

I just received an email from Amazon.com advertising an online creative writing class or if you prefer a non-fiction writing class. It is a six weeks class and the normal price and the sale price make the sale price appear to be an excellent deal. However, I have no experience with online writing classes and wonder if anyone has taken any writing classes online. What do you think about taking a class like this? Do you want to be a published writer? What are you doing to improve your skills?

I haven't been to any online writing class. I am interested to enroll in a writing class in a regular school but there are lots of things to be considered aside from this. I guess I shall be contented with the books on writing that I am reading. To your other questions, I can not give a positive answer.

Thanks for the response. As I said above I did enroll in a correspondence class in creative writing, and I wanted to complete it but wasn't able to. You can research it on the internet and see what you find. Good luck!

I have never heard of an online writing class yet alone taken one. If it is offered through Amazon, it must be legit. There is possibly even a money back guarantee. I am doing some writing for online sites like Yahoo Voices. I have earned a small amount of money and it feels good especially when I am offered upfront payments. Then it feels great. I am taking more time and putting more thought into my articles. I am adding links and pics when I am able to. Regarding this online creative writing class, you almost certainly can do a search on the one offered. You could probably also do a search on free creative writing classes and see what may be out there.
