Disgusting Public Washrooms...

So atleast 7/10 public washrooms I've visited are beyond disgusting. I don't want to get into too much graphic detail, but I've seen things smudged all over the walls, floor, toilet seats, etc. I have to wonder why is it that people do this? Are they mad at the world and feel like making a mess? Are they like this at home? What is your take on it? Thanks for commenting

I agree with you regarding this one Jshean. In our country, you can not expect that you will be entering a clean public restroom. Perhaps they lack fund for the maintenance of the same. There are also some people who are not considerate enough to other users.

I try to avoid public washrooms as much as I can... Maybe people who messes around with the washrooms don't really have one at home? So they don't know how to properly use it. haha

i could not help but agree on this one, most public washrooms i also visited were soooo dirty that i am traumatized to go to public washrooms unless i really need to go! I love going to hotel washrooms though as it is always that clean and smelling nice lol. But i did notice it too that public washroom are really that dirty, walls have been vandalized for useless stuff..and the things in it were stolen.. sad But at home i make it a point my bathroom / comfort room is really clean. probably because i am very much picky when it comes to my comfort room, it must be clean at all times.

I rarely use public washrooms and that's the main reason. I only go if I'm desperate but I go where I know they are cleaner. But one never knows who has last used the toilet and what they have done. I liked the ones at international airports where they change the toilet seat covers automatically. It's a little cleaner that way
