Have you ever committed one? Did it bother you inwardly? What best to do to have it erased?

My belief - You wouldnt have done it if you had realized it was a sin. So now that you have done it, it is a thing of the past - no matter what you do, you cannot undo it. So relax, take a deep breath, remember that you did something what now you think is a sin, and stay away from it in the future. Nothing beyond.

Thanks for your insights about sin, thesids. The realization that it is a sin may have come beforehand, but the flesh is weak. it has been said.

If this was done knowing that it was a sin, I am sure this person is more weak. So most probably he will never realize or even if he did, he wont do much than sulk and feel pained for his sin. I dont think he would have guts to accept and thing about repentance in the way you say/ask - "what best to do to have it erased"

I presume that serial killers though bad mannered knew very well that what they're doing are against God's commandments. What really compels them to go on despite the dictate of their conscience not to?

Despite the realization, you continue the conquest just for excitement. Did your promise never to sleep with a bad girl again, help you erase your sin?
