How do they weld aluminum?

One of my tubeless aluminum rims has a few holes in it and I can't use them now. I was looking for one to replace it but can't find something which really looks the same as it and the rest of the three. The spare tire looks different also this is why I'm looking for a way to mend the holes. Can aluminum be welded w/ an aluminum welding rod on an Arc welder machine?

My folding bed I was using before was broken,so I decided to have it fixed with a welder. The welder find it very hard to attached my broken folding bed,so I decided to have it attached with screws and there it was already fixed right.I think this can also happen to your tubeless aluminum,or you might put some mighty bond on the holes that are designed for use in metals and aluminum.

thank for sharing. Happy mylotting and good luck. I will be searching for more options but like you said to bond them with something may be a good idea.

You can ask from a counter in a hardware store if they have some sort of a glue or mighty bond, that are design to stick in metals and aluminum.Good luck,I wish you could fix your wares the right ways.
