while using my facebook account my friend posted into my wall about: banana peel will whitens teeth. according to the information banana peel is full of potassium, magnesium, and manganese this minerals that found into the banana peel is the one that whitens the teeth and just rub the banana peel into the teeth for 2 minutes to whitened your teeth. i do not believe on this information posted in my facebook wall! for you, do you believed it?

No, I do not believe it. However, there are proven reports that say if you drink something like soda, but do not brush your teeth right after, you are better off if you take a bite of cheese or bread because it will help keep the acid from wearing down the enamel on your teeth.
