How to attract visitors to your blog?

Everybody knows traffic sources is very important to a blogger, I have three blogs, I know it's a blog, but right now I have have two write refquently, one of my blg I have right now 16000 page views so far and I have like around 200-300 page views so far. I work for about 4-5 months to build it, it's not easy, and I work very hard for it.
From my experiences, I use the most slow way you can say, I write everyday and then I go to the blog I go very often and leave comment every time I visit, then slowly building that relationship and slowly attracting people to come see my blog.
Generally, I feel I can get more traffic if I leave a comment from a blog, better than leave it in FB. I feel probably in FB, normally is short comment, and people won't really pay attention for u. But if it's in a blog, it presents better and people normally will read the comments too. And right now I start discussing in my twitter or in google plus, I feel that might works too.
So I always thinking a new way to get more traffic, and I would like to know what is ur opinions and also if you are a blogger with google Adsense and wants to get more traffic, pm me, I can visit ur blog and click ur ads but in return I would like you to visit my hubpages and hopefully this could be a regularly things,

hi kai^^ i will create a blog and i think that we could both help each other^^ i will visit your pages everyday and you can visit mine too. i really need some extra money and i think a blog is a good way to have that^^ im happy that you have a lot of viewers^^ i wish i can have a lot of viewers too. how much money do you earn per month with all those viewers? ^^ bcs im afraid to create a blog and put there many things and earn almost nothing. cause it gives a lot of work.

I do not have a blog of mine. But I would like to start my own. I personally feel that I do not have sufficient knowledge to start my own blog. So, I have not started my own blog.
However, I would like to start commenting on blogs of other people, please guide how should I do it. Thanks for starting this discussioin. Happy MyLotting...!

I think that what you are currently doing for your blog would help you increase traffic. Just maintain the rapport between you and your followers and add more interesting contents to your blog.

That's very encouraging to hear Kai0224liu. Just 5 months and you have 16,000 page views already. That's awesome. I started my own website two months ago and I'm still struggling to make 50 views a day with 100 articles in it. I also write daily and so far has not received much views. You're right that FB and other social media are not that good of a source for views.

I got some blog I visit really often and I engage a really good relationship with them, I try to disccus deeply for their topic, so when they read my comment, they feel useful and interesting, so they would like to read ur blog. Erm.. But normally 100 article should give u some decent traffic already, cus mine is around 100 articles too. Let me see ur blog first, so I will know more of ur problems might be.

I have a blog that I write on some too, but don't find time to update it as often as I feel that I should. I am planning to do a lot more with it and I hope to soon start a new one that covers a little more home schooling and fun stuff for kids. I will certainly pm you and give you the information and then I will visit your blog too. I thought of doing a couponing one, but not sure how to start it. I would like to find a way to increase traffic to my blog too so please give me any ideas.

Erm.. If u do it too many time sooner or later u get banned, I have no idea, they don't somehow allow u to attach any link, I don't know, so I focu on twitter.

I have no idea. I'm so new to blogging I only have 2 posts in the few months I've had the blog. I don't know all the rules about giving credit to other bloggers and mentioning business names ect to stay out of hot water with others... so that limits what I feel comfortable with writing about. I wish I knew more.

I think that's normal feeling, I used to think that way, but when I start writing, I write stuff I already know and stuff I'm interested and stuff I don't agree, and when I begin this writing journey, I have more and more confident cus I "practice" writing everyday. More and more people come to read my blog, so I really like it. You should try, how about visiting my hubpages first.

The best method I would say is to promote your blog on Facebook.Try to have loads of friends in your Facebook and twitter account so that you can gain more.Another one method is sending regular updates of your blog to your friends and family members.This is a very good way of getting views because the persons who know you will surely look into at what you write.I have read that if you buy a package containing some 10000 emails,you can send all the updates to all these emails every-time and thus this also will give you uplift in your traffic.

to your blog if cost money to do
but this is how the brick and mortar stroe
do it have your name on pens and give out
and the local book store interne cafe and other
retail places like I said im still learning

Well, friend I would like to say that you are doing the right thing. I am also doing the same thing at present. If we do not have enough knowledge, then better to learn about it and then go for it. This MyLot community is one of the best source to learn and share such knowledge.

I'm very new in this World of online publishing. I too have blogs but with very less traffic. Last few days, I have been doing a lot of research on the internet, as to how can we increase traffic to our blogs. I came across few steps which I would like to share here:
1. Content is King, they say. So, I believe writing everyday is a must.
2. Promotion through social networking sites like Facebook,Twitter, Digg, Redgage etc
3. Article directories also are a potential source of traffic.
4. Guest Blogging with links to our blogs also brings traffic.
5. Attractive layout, themes and current topics also ensure good flow of traffic.
