my cousin oven baked chicken

during her birthday we used to go to her house because she always cook for us as her guests. one of her specialty is her oven baked chicken, i really loved it because it is very juicy and lots of filling inside. she baked a whole chicken in the oven and she put some garlic, onion, tomatoes, salt, pepper, and her secret ingredient the lemongrass! it adds aroma and unique taste to the chicken. yum!

Wow that makes my mouth water.
. I am actually craving for chicken. It has been so many days i din't eat good chicken dish. Well i don't even have chicken to cook at home and i have to travel miles to get them. I want to know how your sister baked the chicken, it would be so nice if there was a recipe for the same.

lemongrass indeed gives uniqe dan fresh taste. I usually add lemongrass if I cook fish or chicken. It helps get rid of the fishy..
