Worried that I'v e been missing out on my daily pilates schedule for a week, now

I got so uneasy for the past 5 days, about not being able to do my pilates for about a week. I'm worried that I may lose my enthusiasm, and would end up losing it all together. We had a few activities over the weekend, and I had a bad headache for 3 days, which stopped me from doing anything that entails physical activities.
This morning, however, I felt better, after having a long 10 hour sleep (with 10-15 minutes waking hours to breastfeed, every 3-4 hours). And, right after I've set my daughter for school, I turned on the dvd player and grabbed the mat to start my work out.
I felt so good!

Jurea, it is good to hear that you are able to continue your work out after having such a long rest. I am sure you are feeling good able to continue your work out like usual again. By the way, what do pilates helps? I never tried this form of exercise and really don't know how it works. Does it same like yoga?

It's meant to give you a long lean look. It also helps strengthen core muscles and promotes good posture. I like the amount of sweat I get when I do the exercises. But, there are poses that I still can't follow, due to it's complexity. Perhaps, when I'm more fit and stronger, I could already do those.

Hmm I've never tried Pilates. Which is really something considering how much I love to exercise. Is it for weight loss or just a "stretching of the muscles exercise"? I've been there though...regarding the headaches that are so bad you have to change your daily routine. I'm glad your able to get back on track though with your pilates. I know how I feel after going from getting on the treadmill for at least 20 minutes a day to having to go out of town and missing two whole weeks.

Yeah, I felt really freaky that I might slip again and would not find the interest to get back on the exercise program.
It's for strengthening my body and of course, weight loss, too, and take off all the unwanted pregnancy flabs.
