The Non English accounts

I just realized one thing, The NON ENGLISH (I am not talking about Filipino accounts)They get a higher pay than the English speaking call center agents, The regular Japanese,French and Spanish accounts call center agents have a higher pay,than me who is a Quality assurance specialist. I have a higher position than them but they got payed higher. I can speak Spanish but I have no plans of moving departments though, I dont want to make calls again, I dont want to talk to clients again.

Yes, they have a special allowance for special skills. It is not easy to find enough people here in the Philippines who can speak good Spanish or French, or what have you, so they are given a special pay. My friend who is an average Spanish speaker got same pay as me, before, when I was a manager of the regular English speaking team. And, when he went to Columbia and worked for a call center there, he also got extra pay for being fluent in English.
