HELP! I need boyfriend Christmas ideas!

Just wanted to see if anyone could help me think of something UNIQUE and CREATIVE as a Christmas present for my boyfriend of 4 years. I have given him pretty much everything! Shoes, clothes, car accessories, etc. I just wanted something special to give him. ANY ideas are much appreciated!
