I apologize my co-mylotters I've been busy with my new online business on facebook about beauty products. From high end to drug store cosmetics all for discounted price. For the meantime my costumers are just my friends, friends of friends and colleagues. Have you encountered joy reserver? How you deal with them? How about buyers who cancel order the following day after clearing and closing the deal? Or will promise to pay in a week but two weeks has gone but still waiting. Of course no payment no items, but your money is stuck in there. These were just some of my stress with costumers, some of them are my friends. I fell like they were taking me for granted. I know some of mylotters experienced selling goods online. I want my business to grow I'm planning to sell on ebay, amazon, or any site my friends will not see me. Any suggestions? I am so happy to hear some piece of advice. Thank you very much in advance.

a pleasant day shaina228, with regard to your main topic, it sounds like you are now an online seller. well, let me congratulate you for putting up one. as i have read your post, it seems like you are now entering a zone wherein you are promoting your products via different online stores. and with that move, your sales will surely go positively. aside from the idea of naming it as "cyber boutique". just take the necessary precautions in transacting online, taking extra care for every decision that you will going to do.

This is the common scenario in a business, where generally most friend's forget that there is a policy in the business. That due to the friendship, they tend to ignore the rule as, "business is business". Anyway, just do your best and take the necessary precautions. As business has its ups and downs.

thank you too airasheila, You're right I should always be alert to whom I should transact also. Sometimes, like what I am experiencing right now is that the one who you know friend is the one who doesn't follow rules. They expect you to understand them because they were your friends. Not knowing business is business!

Hi, Shaina! From the way you started your discussion, I think I now that we are both from the same country. There really are a lot of joy reservers around. But not all of them intentionally to that just to piss of the seller. Some just could not send their payments right away coz of certain reasons. Just have patience. The idea of making your online visibility grow wider i s a good idea. All those sites you mentioned could greatly increase your sales.

Thanks Jenny for cheering me up. Yes too much patience and just hoping to overcome those buyers...still cross fingers not to say anything that will hurt them LoL. Now I am trying to survey and study the strategy with the sites I mentioned.

This is the problem anytime you are dealing in sales either online or offline. You will always have friends who will fail you ... Order something and then never pay or cancel their orders when it is too late. It is not always an easy thing. I have experienced things like this over the years and it is frustrating. Makes you want to give up but i have learned to stand strong and watch who you sell too and things will work out for the better in the end.

Well, you need to construct a rules or terms of online business. The term of payment and delivery, sort like entries.

Thanks Shavkat, Before I open my online business to public I make sure ordering and payment procedures are properly set. Some follows but the closest friends are those who really doesn't follow that upsets me a lot.
