Soy Vs Whey

I've heard and read a lot about protein being a part of a diet to get faster results in losing weight. I know that protein is also used for muscle building. What is the difference between Soy Protein and Whey Protein? Which is used in Weight Loss? I'm very much interested in incorporating protein in my diet. All help/info would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

Both types of protien will help lose weight. The main difference is that whey protien will help build your muscles better than soy will. So with whey protien your weight in lbs may not drop as fast but it may be due to building muscle mass which is actually heavier than fat. Anither thing though us that soy can be very bad for you. In small quantities its ok but in moderate to large quantities it can cause malasorbtion which may help you lose weight but is extremely unhealthy. so imo go with whey protien. Youll build a bit of muscle and lose weight.
