sleeping is good for health

i sleep 8-10 hrs daily ,it increases glow on face ,and reduced my pimples on face ,sleeping down on stomach is good ,does anybody tried ,it decreases heart diseases ,and increases immune system

For me sleeping is really good for everybody. During sleep we are able to rest and its true that it gives us glower face. If we have enough sleep, we are more productive the next day. It is also good because we can think better. Unlike if we only sleep for 3-4 hours, we tend to get exhausted easily.

hey thanks a ton for such an informative post. Yes a minimum of 7 hours of sleep is always advisable for everyone. Lack of sleep affects your health badly and hence a good sound sleep is a must and sleeping down on stomach is also good from the digestion point of view as well. What say?
