What is this ,you are trying to break up stand your Word to break up but the boy can't let you go out of it.
And still contact you and you try to not let it call and but he get it through..Still he follow you,trying do to contact you and even he is in pain.He don't want to break....advice

A relationship can not be forced to love that come from the heart instead of pity. If you feel have not wanted to live, let's just say a good way so that he can understand. Because I think if one wanted to run the relationship that one is not necessarily very annoying.

I have been in that situation in the past. I broke up with my ex-boyfriend, but he didn't want the relationship to end. We agreed to be friends after the break-up, but he didn't want to be my friend, he wanted us to become a couple again and when we were together kept on talking about the our relationship and how he wanted us to remain a couple. He called me all the time and he kept on talking about our relationship because he was hoping that he would be able to persuade me to give our relationship another try. After some time he finally stopped contacting me all the time and we were both able to move on.
In that situation you must be honest to him and tell him that the relationship is over. It is not an easy thing to do when you know that he is in pain and really wants to continue the relationship, but I think that is neccesary be honest and direct, because it would be worse to give him false expectations.

maybe the person was still holding on something about that relationship. If you want to stop it don't entertain any of his up to. Or if not try talk to the person things that are needed to stop.

It takes two to tango, relationship will only work if both wants it, of course at first he will still try to do everything to win you back, but if you think that it will never work out again and you already don't have a feelings for him, try to tell him and make him understand that it is all over and you can't change your decision about it. He will forget, just give him time, but if he still persists and you feel about your safety already, tell all your friends and parents and tell him that you will tell the police in case he won't stop.

A relationship could not work out if only one wants to be in it. If you feel that you really do not love your boyfriend anymore, tell him in a nice way. If he becomes persistent and you feel that your safety is in danger, try asking help from the authorities and file a restraining order for him.
