I am doing my bachelors degree in distance mode. I have completed one year. Now I am just wondering whether my efforts will be recognized. Is there any one out there who have done DE. What do you guys think? Will we have the equal rights in employment. I was just curious. If you can share your feelings and experience. CHEERS

My dear friend ahdorg, My husband was in a job and wanted to pass a PG degree in Education. He completed master degree in distance mode. I have completed it in two years. His degree is well recognized by University Grants Commission and higher authorities of distance education. Thanks; Happy mylotting.

Hello there! My dear mylotter friend Respected ahdorg You have started a great discussion entitled “Will my efforts put in Distance education be rewarded?” I liked it. On this discussion I would like to add here that my husband got his PG degree in Education from Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University, Allahabad, an Open University, and it is equal to the degree that is awarded by the traditional University. Actually I have no hesitation that the surrounding university namely Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University (formerly Agra University), situated at Agra is not performing in a manner. The results are delayed and mark sheets are full of mistakes. It is very much easy to find out a bogus degree from this university. Rackets are active and scandals and frauds are going on here. He finally decided not to go to Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University (formerly Agra University), situated at Agra but to Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University, Allahabad, an Open University. He got an equal degree with in due time from Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University, Allahabad. Now he is planning to have his doctorate degree in Education from Open University in spite of this that he has qualified his entrance examination for the traditional universities including Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University (formerly Agra University), situated at Agra. He is not sure to find his degree in time from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University (formerly Agra University), situated at Agra but he will avail the same from Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University, Allahabad, or distance education. Thank you very much. Have nice mylotting and happy and sweet dreams. Mrs Rakhi Sharma Saturday October 13, 201213, 2012
