Anyone use web answers before and share your opinions?

I heard this website is go answer the questions and once u generate 50 answers, u will get an invitation for ur answers and u can earn from Google Adsense, so I'm not sure, you get paid just by viewing? The more traffic you get the more you earn? Or the readers need to click on urs ads that they are interested so u will start earning. It is because even u get 1000 pages view a day with no single ads click, u get no pay on that day, so can anyone share their experiences?
