What these crab people can get?

I had a short talk with one of my colleagues. She told me that this person strikes again. This person has crab mentality ever since. He is the same person who is stabbing my husband at his back. She told me that this person talk to her superior and create untrue story about her. He seems so insecure about everything. We experienced the same thing with him. He is close to our boss so naturally he can talk about anything to them even if these are all lies. And he his not alone because they 4 in a group. The truth is they are telling something as each other's back too. So I am not surprise if they can do it to other people. But this person is the worst because he is coward too. He can't tell straight to your face what is his problem with you. I wonder why he is so insecure and he hates seeing people happy. He even called our group autistic because according to him we have our own world. He got a good position so why he is so insecure. I learn to be numb already and just let it pass whatever they are talking bad about us. I just pray one day that they will change their attitudes. I hope they will learn how to be humble and respectful.

Oh how unlucky you are to encounter these people everyday. They are envious to all people that's why they always find ways to destroy other people's integrity. I hope they will realize that they won't get any good doing those bad things to other people. Happy mylotting.

You just need to IGNORE him and the rest of the F4. lol. Definitely, it is a sign of insecurities. Bad karma will come, he will realize that soon enough.

this is common in workplaces. there are people who don't mind stepping on others just to get what they aspire or wants to polish their images to the higher ups in the office at the expense of an office mate. If you can't avoid association with such a person as maybe you work in the same office, just ensure that you perform a quality work all the time so as not to give him chance to discredit you.

I can't really avoid it and I have to deal with them everyday. But you know, you will know if a person does something to you. He can't look at you straight. He can't look at your eyes directly and if ever they can look at you, he can't stand it too long. Thanks for the response.

Well there are always people like him around.
We should not waste our time to them cause it just give them the guts to continue what they are doing.As long as all of things that they have said and spreading is not true, we better stay away from them.

People like this exist everywhere. What should we do is to ignore them. As long as we are doing our job and we are performing well, we should not be afraid of anything or anybody.

Ive learned that the best way to deal with backstabbers and insecure people is to be happy, do good, work hard and rub in their faces that they do not affect you in any way. Nothing angers them even more than to see that nobody's getting affected with their stunts and schemes. Suffice to say that these people find pleasure in seeing you affected so much and they feel more powerful and more in control when they know that they have some influence in how they can make you feel.

You are right. If they see that we are very affected with what they are doing then that will just make them happy. So I have learned to let it pass and do not be discouraged about it. I show them I am happy and I work hard for the company. Thanks you for the response.

Well firstly i would like to advise you that stay away from those people who tend to create obstacles in your path. You should work hard in such a way that your results will insult and humiliate him. Insult him by your work and not by your actions or words. That is the best way to indirectly attack him. You should least bother about what he does in the office. God is there to punish him for his misdeeds.

Hi! I try to stay away from them and just ignore them. But you see, these people will do anything just to mess our life. I also think about resigning from work but my husband said, if we do that we will just make them happy. So right now I am just doing my best at work. I know with God beside us nothing is impossible. Thank you for the advice.

At work, there will be one person or people who will just try to bring someone down just to get what he wants.There are lots of people who does not like to be down and just to make themselves up and they try to destroy someone.My father had been in that situation,my father worked so hard for his name to be clean and someone pulls him down just because of a rumor.Their boss have put him in a position that he does not know at all and it is not related with his fields. But then his boss realize at the end that my father would not do such things.Well, I hope that some people would learn how to respect others and would not do anything that would put down a person.

Oh, I know at the end of the day the goodness will over rule the evil. Sometimes, the boss can not immediately identify who is the right person to help him. But I know soon they will know who to give their trust. I believe that life is an echo. Whatever you give, life will give it back to you. Thanks for sharing.
