When we got married, since were both working I crammed to go home early so that I can cook foods for my dearest husband. Sad to say I'm not a good cook and my husband belongs to a family of catering business. Well to make story short my hubby didn't like the foods I prepared so ending he was doing the cooking and in charge of dish washing lol. it turns great on my side I don't worry what will be the next menu on the next day..my husband was in charge of that... I felt young and chubby be cause He cooks well mmmm deliciously yummy dreaming that all husband should do the cooking , are you? :)

My partner do it also. He is the boss when it comes to the kitchen. He cooks better than me so he is in charge. It's one less worry of my back. No need to think of what food to serve on our every meal because he do it all. I guess, it's true that men cooks better than women. =)

That's right. One chore out of our "to do" list. I hope they can get to do the laundry too. Just thinking. =)

You are really a happy wife that have a husband from a family of catering business.I admire you so much, I like delicious food , too. Most women around me have to cook for the family , it's not an interesting job for me even though sometimes I like cooking. Three meals a day is not an easy job. Luckily, my husband cooks for the family when I don't feel like cooking. Thanks for sharing, nice weekend!

Hi caopaopao, yes I'm a happy wife, as you said planning three meals a day is stressful, how to please your husband of his favorite dish is bit harder than working in the office lol. anyway I still can cook rice, fried, boiled My kids sons were the one doing the cooking, they are like their father. praise God. Happy mylotting. :)

My other half does a lot more cooking than I do, I'm thankful for this because I've never had a desire to cook. Right now I work full time and he attends school full time, when he's finished school he will be working full time so it'll be my turn to battle with cooking. I suppose I will get used to it, I cook the odd time now but not as much as I should.

Hello Sunshinefame. It's good to know your husband can really cook well and he's the one cooking for you. I think you're so lucky. You could eat some delicious food prepared with the perfect ingredients and of course with love. I also want to have a husband who knows how to cook. My boyfriend was able to cook some food for me before. I think I liked the taste of the food he prepared and I fell in love with him more because of that. I was able to appreciate every dish he was able to prepare for me. I think he was just sweet because he really cooked for me without me requesting him to do so. Oh, right now, we are so busy and we live a bit away from each other so he couldn't usually cook for me. We only eat out when we are together. I just liked the feeling when we would meet and he would let me eat some of the food he was able to prepare for me. Anyway, just enjoy eating with your hubby. May you always enjoy eating the food he would prepare for you. Eat very well and stay healthy. Happy myLotting. :)

My husband also cooks. He's good at making sunny side up eggs, hotdogs and fried rice! haha :) But I can say that I'm a better cook than he is. Though sometimes, If I'm too lazy to cook, I'll just teach him to do a certain recipe and he pulls it off pretty good.

Oh, you're lucky to have a husband like him. You don't have to worry about the cooking. I'm also given a husband who can cook well. Actually, he's the housekeeper now. I only go home on the weekends. I am more comfortable if he's left at home. He can protect our son more than I can protect him. He has bigger responsibilities. I only provide the money and I take care of myself. He takes care of our son and himself. He does all the housework and I'm so proud of him. He's the best dad for me and my son.

May dad is a better cook than my mom. Since my dad is retired now, we used to be the one who cooked foods in the house which are yummy and really tasty, sorry mom. Maybe he inherit it to her mom cause my grandmother is a great cook too.

Hi sunshinefame, how i wish that my husband will in-charge in cooking too because he is also a good cook but due to his busy working schedule he can only cook during weekends. I am just glad that my husband is not picky and eat everything I cook for him as long as it's not oily, salty and too spicy.

I love to cook. Dreaming up new recipes is one of my hobbies. Joe usually helps me. He is my assistant in the kitchen. Often times he will help me clean to. Which is a treat. :) I love your post.
