The Big Bang Theory, not the tv series, just the theory!

Well, do you believe that we and the universe are formed due to the big bang theory? Let me start my view. For me, i don't think it happened since if it happened, then why aren't there other beings in another planet that has been created by the big bang? If the big bang theory happened, and it made us, why are we only on earth? Should we not be scattered in different galaxies? Please share your views, i am eager to learn more.
