Coffee or Milk Tea?

Philippines

Before reporting for work, I passed by Starbucks and this milk tea shop which is now also in demand here in the Philippines. If I'm not mistaking it, dringking tea is more beneficial than having coffee. I got to say though that sometimes, milk tea just doesnt give me enough satisfaction unlike when i'm having my Starbucks frap. I enjoy playing the whipped cream and eat it from the straw. =) Having said this, I ended up not buying any of the two because I will be late for work. I however had a fruit juice after 8 hours of work. :) If you were on that situation, which would you rather have? Or would you just do the same thing as I did.

I agree with you when it comes to choosing milk/tea over coffee sometimes..Teas comes in a lot variety and have a lot of helpful health benefits from drinking it.. Whereas coffee can give you a morning jolt and have some health benefits..drinking too much can too much for your heart too...I do drink coffee from time to time but I'd rather choose tea.. You made the right chose by not purchasing either one of them since tastebuds can change and can get quite costly...Juice is a very good choice only if it is sugar free and it is cheaper..Hope this helps Vanessa
