Hi. Do u think one's capbility is shown only in marksheet or u think that preference should be given to one's behaviour or talent. I mean a boy is getting 65% while he has more talent which is not completely shown in marksheet. While some guys just gulp the book and vomit in answer sheet and they get 80% but he didnot knows the lessons which he read in previous year. So do u think marksheet should be only regarded as the minimum criteria for job selection and rather then marks one's talent should be consider. cheers.

it shows the inculcated moral values and the desire to climb up,it really does not matter whether its a mug up or just random remembering as long it fetches good result

hey thanks for such a nice discussion. Well i would like to say that the marks depicted in a mark sheet might is just an artificial means of awarding a child's performance in an exam but the real talent and ability is hidden in doing so. the world become completely unknown to his hidden potential that he could have used to explore. Along with the grades, a child's talent and his extra curricular activities should also be given preference. What say?

yeah u r right. i mean if a person is not good in theoretical knowledge he might be good in practical. like bill gates, he is a college drop out and he was not good in studies. but still he made microsoft. cheers.
