How often? Are you a good decision makers perhaps? Or do you find it hard to make decisions? Yeah know - often times I have rush decisions in my mind, that's because am affected much of my anger - or my bad mood. Yes, I do have it today, at least now I know how to hold my temper! This time, I don't want to show it, I guess that's the reason to that I am back here now - I can better tell a story to you! Anyway, what are thoughts that lingers on my head right now? 1. Should I quit this job? 2. Should I explain my side to them one more time? 3. Should I look for another job right now? 4. Should I tell them it's over? Those are thoughts, bothering questions - but right now I want to decide, before yes! I spoke it loud, but before I want to cool off first... I guess it's better! How about you guys? Share you experiences...

I never make rush decisions. Everything is thought out or felt out. When I get angry I seem to think even more! All I can say is follow your bliss.

Oh uh...bad moods can make bad decisions my brother. It depends on every situation. Say, someone needs an urgent operation, so it must be done (no time to think right) BUT, if drastic decision was made due to bad mood- hot temper- so what would you expect? - worse result! Better learn to control your temper. Mellowed down and think twice.

I never make a decision that we can consider rush. I always think many times before I made a decision. One thing we consider, is the consequences that might happen after you made the decision. Rush mostly results problems. We should be careful in making decision.

Oh my! I can really say that I am so guilty of this. I often made decisions out of anger. I have quit a job for 3x already. I don't know. I just believe that if everything is no longer in order and your pride and integrity is already stepped into then it's better to quit. You might say I'm a quitter but I guess I just want to choose to have peace of mind all the time. There's nothing to argue and fight if you have been judged by what they believed wrong. For me, it's just better to leave them by what they think than defend yourself and get nothing but emotional stress. Hi primeaque! Yeah I remember you!

Hi - when you knew I was unemployed and free - but now am leashed with the things called "job". I can't just quit easily, yeah I assume my responsibility is greater than I think it was before when I accepted this job. You are right there, it's better to leave the things they believed right, but there are situations that we need to be vocal like this part, I have brought the papers and let him see it with highlights. At least I let him know I cannot be accused like that, just the difference, am more silent, I never tell anyone, except you here myLot friends! Thanks for the sharing, it helps!

Have you all requisite informations considering which you should make a decision? Instant making decision is a skill that requires years of experience. Out of temper, we should not decide. Its a matter of logic. With a cool brain we should make decision. If you dont like your job for some reasons then inform these to your authority and wait for their reply to your expectation. If you cant meet your expectation then try hard to get another one job before you quit the present one.

Good and straight to the point idea! I like that! And I agree! I have read blink, and it's so powerful! Instant making decision, or a snap decision making out of unconscious mind, but it can't be acquired without practice !

I always made rush on my decisions and sometimes it is really bad because sometimes I am choosing wrong decisions that makes my life really messy.I always quit when I am experiencing difficulties and I have not finished all the works that I have done but from now on I would like think really hard of my decisions like thinking of the consequences and everything so that my life would be better.

That's good. All our mistakes in the past are lessons in our present life, we should learned from it! And let's make it a good guide to achieve things, if we have done wrong decisions before because we have rushed our decisions, let's try to think many times now before making steps to it!

So kind of you to ask me - anyway, it's about figures in financial statement as am working in a corporate business! Actually it's not my fault, long before they received an advice to amend their paid up capital because it's getting inappropriate for the going transactions, but to do that, the articles of incorporation must be amended first to change the issued and paid up shares. But they haven't do that, here comes the audit, am blamed? Well, I never deserve it, they are directors not me, they supposed to make their decisions and understand the things that are going on!

I am a very impatient individual and for that matter, I like to make my decisions as quickly as possible. I regret most of them latter. I am kind of developing this attitude of evaluating my decisions before I implement it and I have been doing it good. I now think twice before I act out my my mind. Sometimes it is good and wise to be quick as far as our decision making ability is concerned but then it is of no use if you take a wrong one in rush and hurry.

You encourage you to read "blink", it's a very powerful book for decisions makers. Not all rush decisions are bad, not all of them mean "regret later"... there are so called decisions that are done "unconsciously" - that's making decisions without further thinking! But it's different, one should learn to know when and where, for most cases, it's always good to think, weigh things carefully before giving our yes or no. Specially when we are enveloped my intense emotions, we need to cool off a bit! Thanks for sharing yours!
