If you come from a family of long-lived people means that we will live long, happily and happy old age? And if, however, we have no family history of promising we ourselves, the way we take care of our health and hardiness, to gather joints long and beautiful life? These days died a Spaniard who lived 111 years. Francisco Fernandez was considered the oldest citizen of Europe and longevity has become an object of study from Harvard Medical School. Born in 1901, the Spaniard has lived throughout his life, civil war, dictatorship of Franco, Spain's industrialization period and return the country to democracy, emigrated to Argentina and then returned to his homeland on his birthday ... , located at the end of July, was occasion for great celebration for the whole family branched, already, on several occasions for generations, including his 3 children, 7 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and one great-grandson and of course their families. At the last festival, after more than two months, one of the grandchildren said his grandfather's health was very good ... Me, the story of Spaniard longeval impressed me and made ??me wonder if we can provide, in one way or another, as long as we live. If our endeavor to live a healthy life, to do sports, eat only food of good quality, the better we understand ourselves and others, to think positively and to free us from anxiety and frustrations can really be rewarded with a long and defended the existence of disease ... I, for one, hope so. That our efforts are not in vain and that we danse and us to the 100 anniversary summer, the spring, the fall, the winter, enjoying the children, grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren gathered around us to tell them. But then I remember that there is always something that can not be predicted ...

Although some people might live into their hundreds, not everyone would. But of course, people are living longer then they used to live years ago. I believe that in the future people will live well into their hundreds. I also know that these days, 50 seems to be the new 30. So in the future, when you reach 100 you would be like someone in their 50's. That would be strange, but I will not be around to see it.
