Siblings Differentiation!!!

Hi. I just want to start a topic, i think which we all undergone in our life. I mean it sometimes happen when our parents differentiate between their son/daughter. when one sibling is good then other in studies, parents starts to compare. so it creates inferiority complex in other one. so what u think abt it. so we as a parents or as future parents, should stop it. cheers.
