How many social messengers in your mobile phone?

I was chatting with my friends yesterday in KIK when he asked me if I had "LINE" id. And then I said no, I have deleted it. Then he asked a question again if I had WhatsApp , I said no - SO, before he asking another questions about the probability of owning one of social messengers I told him that I only had YM , Skype and Kakao Talk , then he said he was willing to install skype to be able add me on skype (he has had YM and Kakao and he has asked me my id on both of them). SO - THIS WAS SOMETHING BOTHERED ME : why he should install skype just to be able add me on there meanwhile we have been comfortable to talk on KIK , moreover he has added me on YM and Kakao
. Why we should talk in other messengers since we have had one of them and there's nothing with it. 
. I mean there's nothing wrong to have so many social messengers in our own phones, rite? Beside it is our own phone 
, as long as it could help us to get in touch with some people who only have certain messenger. But, what I wondered was - why he should bother to have another new messenger just to be able collect all my id in his lists meanwhile we never had problem talking on the former messenger at all
Personally, I have 4 social messengers due to some of my friends only have one of them . This is my social messengers list :
1. There were some of online sellers that only have YM id - so that's why I installed it.
2. I always have trouble on video calling in skype - meanwhile sometimes I need video call to discuss something with my classmates.
3. I admit that I'm a fans of Korean songs and variety shows - and a lot of Korean singers/boybands/girlbands/ have Kakao Talk , eventhough we couldn't chat personally but we could have any news update from them.
4. KIK - Umm, I only have few friends in here but I got a lot of acquaintances because KIK has a search engine that we could search all profile of KIK member and talk to them . I met singers , doctors, and a lot of foreigners . And it's fun .
I love all of them since that 4 messengers are the only ones who installed in my phone after I deleted other 8 social messengers ( I deleted them due to they weren't efficient, I have many doubled id on them )
So, what is your social messengers listed on your mobile phone? And which do you like the most?

Hello my friend Juliyan23 Ji,
Well, I have none, as I do not have that much time and technical know-how to maintain them. I hardly use my MBL for most emergency. This has always been my children's complain. But I always use Land-line without any Callar-ID attatched to this.

hi,
actually i dont need to put many social messenger in my phone because all friends in the list of my yahoo are usually online in the evening and aside from that having many application in my phone such as many social messenger will makes my phone very slow because of the usage of the RAM.

I like it, coz whatsapp is multi platform messenger

my cellphone is a plain smartphone that cant put much apps on, but i have an ipod that has about 3 social apps on them

I don't have any messenger services on my phone, as I don't chat using that method anyway. If I need to talk to my family or friends, I can message them, right in facebook. Previous phones, to the one I have now, did have a video chat app on them, but i never did use it all that much, only a couple of times to chat with my daughter, and see the grandkids who live in a total different state than I do. I really don't see any value to them, when you can just call them, or keep in touch on facebook. Take care, and have a great day.
